Agora, todas as empresas com funcion\u00e1rios s\u00e3o obrigadas a enviar informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre sa\u00fade e seguran\u00e7a do trabalho para a plataforma governamental do eSocial.<\/p>\n

Pessoas F\u00edsicas que contratam funcion\u00e1rios tamb\u00e9m est\u00e3o obrigadas, com exce\u00e7\u00e3o de funcion\u00e1rios dom\u00e9sticos.<\/p>\n

Al\u00e9m do envio das informa\u00e7\u00f5es, alguns documentos s\u00e3o necess\u00e1rios, como LTCAT, PCMSO e PGR (referentes \u00e0 sa\u00fade e seguran\u00e7a dos trabalhadores).<\/p>\n

Dependendo da classe de risco da empresa, s\u00e3o necess\u00e1rias medi\u00e7\u00f5es de ru\u00eddo e outras avalia\u00e7\u00f5es dos funcion\u00e1rios nos postos de trabalho. Nesses casos, \u00e9 obrigat\u00f3ria uma an\u00e1lise muito pr\u00f3xima do profissional para a verifica\u00e7\u00e3o dessas condi\u00e7\u00f5es. \u00c9 isso que impossibilita o modelo criado pela SST Simples.<\/p>\n
